"Nice spacious rooms, and a nice play area for the kids. At arrival, the extra beds weren’t made and we had to ask multiple times for them to be done for the kids (even though we checked in as a family of 4)"

"Lovely location, room was OK, but had ant infestation in the bathroom which went inside our toiletries which the front staff didn’t seem bothered by. Breakfast was nice, gym was decent and the schnitzel restaurant 5mins walk down the road was fantastic"

"Booked for a week encompassing the wine festival in Bernkastel-Kues and as a base for cycling along the Moselle river. The apartment was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and very helpful. Good walks nearby through the vineyards were well signposted. There was garage storage for our bikes ..."
