“Loved the staff, so super helpful. Nice to have breakfast included. There was a lot to choose from and it was tasty. Not super close to city center, but in between Tatra Park and city center was good location for us. Only complaints: room was roadside which was a bit noisy and no darkening shade in room so I was up very early with the sun!”

“The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning. We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day. When we checked with reception around 5:00 pm, we were informed that the handyman had already left for the day and the curtain would not be fixed. As a result, we had a very poor night's sleep. At this time of year, the sun sets late and rises early, and……
