Staff were terrific especially the breakfast team and the woman on the front desk who handled my check in and the man who handled my checkout. The housekeeping person who cleaned my room was so nice and did a great job. The part that is somewhat silly is the lovely bar off the lobby is closed and the excuse is CoVid! In 8 weeks of visiting Portugal, no place else had a closed bar and used the excuse it was CoVid! Breakfast was excellent and varied.

This was a nice clean hotel in the heart of Lisbon, right off the major high-end shopping street. The area was quiet at night and convenient to the Metro.

The room had a small and grating (!?) window. Not much sun was coming in. The breakfast was not worth it, the eggs had some sort of chemical aftertaste so did sausages. Also, the dining area wasn’t opened on time. Have your breakfast elsewhere. Overall, it was a nice stay. The best things were the location and staff.

Great location and super nice atmosphere and staff. Until… you get several bed bug bites. I was traveling to Lisbon and Barcelona, coming straight from home in the U.S. and Lisbon was my first stop. Went straight from the airport to this hotel and the first night, I had some itchy spots on my body but it didn’t click - the next night, I had SEVERAL bites on my body. I have pictures and video from the bed bugs walking on the mattress. DISGUSTING! They switched me to a room on the last night BUT I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Not worth the hassle I’ve been going thru for several days, plus the embarrassment of waking around in Barcelona with a bunch of bits on my arms and face, not to mention the bits on my belly, back, torso, and legs. The hotel offered NOTHING for my inconvenience. I usually never write reviews and when I do it is to write GREAT reviews - but not this time. DO NOT STAY in this hotel. You’ve been warned.
