We were in the hotel only overnight, before an early morning flight. Everything was fine. We simply slept there. Nothing to say about amenities. Staff were fine, as I would expect. It was a good place for our purpose. Hotels seem to feel badly done by if they are not five star in everything, so my less than 5 in some areas doesn't really mean much.

The staff are really helpful. Bit upset they turned us out of bar at 23:00 and turned off TV - we were watching England v France World Cup game. But apart from that it was a great stay.

Of course, amiga! ❤️ Here’s a warm and polished review that sounds natural: Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! This is my second time staying at this property, and once again, I am amazed by how much the staff truly cares about their guests. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. The location is excellent, and having very accessible parking is a big plus, especially when travelling by car. The breakfast is also very good, with a nice variety to choose from. I have had a wonderful experience both times I’ve stayed here, and I would happily return again. I highly recommend VIP Inn Berna to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Lisbon!

A very cramped room which is good only for sleeping. Location is good. Staff are great and cleaning is excellent. However there are some drawback. You need to pay 12 Euros for daily parking but interestingly, every time that you enter to this parking spot , you need to pay 12 Euros. For example if you leave in the morning and come back at noon and again leave afternoon and comeback at night, then you will be charg for 2 times for the the parking, means 24 Euros. It is ridiculous, isn't it. Also there is no parking spot on the street as they are almost always full and cant park for more than 2 hous even wen you pay for. The room Is too thiny. There is no refrigrator. Coffe mackerel, or ... when you are renting this property, it is better to call and ask for more information about the room size and amnetis and ...

I thought that this location enabled us to navigate out of town and in town locations very easily from Entrecampos train and Metro stations under one roof. The hotel was about two blocks from the station. There are a few restaurants in the immediate area, not great but they get the job done. There is a fully stocked European (not the understocked American) Lidl Grocery at the train station with plenty of grab and go options with good pricing.

I was stuck in a bind and was able to get into this hotel very quickly. The staff was very helpful and friendly and tried their best to accommodate you. The rooms were very clean right down to the nice deep soaking tub. Very hot water that's a plus for me. Everything is within minutes of a car or walk. Quiet and the breakfast was only 9 euros. And they had a lot to choose from.

The Hotels Name "Hotel VIP Inn Berna" is misguiding. Nothing VIP here. Friendly staff, but I must say that there is a lack of charme and warm feeling. I have written twice to that hotel regarding a question we had. No answer. The breakfast buffet is fine, but for the love of sausagges, please don't use canned mini sausagges. They taste horrible. The room and the rest of the Hotel was clean. Very nice.

Positive experience! Stayed 4 nights in one of the rooms located in the older part of the hotel and should say that although some of the furniture is showing signs of age / outdated the level of cleanliness and comfort is really good. You'll get toiletries and complimentary bottle of water. Housekeeping team did a great job daily. Friendly, helpful and respectful staff. Quick check - in and check - out process. Breakfast is available with option to pay at property however can't give my opinion as I didn't try it. Great location, very close to Campo Pequeno Shopping Centre - Events /Bullfight Arena, also restaurants/snack bars/supermarket, plus Buses and Metro rail stations. There's an ATM just outside hotel's main entrance.

This hotel has no thrills, but it is clean, quiet and in the good location. The garage is kind of tricky to get in and get out, especially if you have SUV. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
