Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
There’s a good room for couples, no parking in the property, but it’s possible to find nearby. Old place is nice and close to shops and restaurants.
Good location and staff was helpful when checking in and checking out! Balcony was stunning and rooftop access was a plus! The shower kept clogging a bit but other than that it was great for the price!
staff was very good and helpful, stayed extra to help us check in as we had a late flight. cleanliness could’ve been better there was hairs on the bedding and some weird stains however did not smell. location was pretty good also, close to lots of restaurants and view points.
Location is perfect! Close to public transportation even the train station !
Helpful staff! Room a little small but clean ! Great views from terrace!!!
Bathroom and kitchen are common areas ….
City centre, everything nearby.
Spacious kitchen, despite the outdated cabinets, with appliances was very helpful. Everything was clean, especially renovated washrooms and showers.
For the price is a very nice place , clean and organized , kind staff , the breakfast was not the best and the machine for coffee had problems but overall was a great stay
Arrival: Arrived at the DOME and nobody was inside, which was a little discouraging at first, however after waiting for some time the check-in was easy.
The room: We had a private bathroom (triple family room). Was perfect for 3 people, the double bed was much bigger than expected. We are all over 6 feet and it was awesome. To our surprise the room also had a balcony which was awesome. We stayed on the 3rd floor, there was barely anyone else on the floor, was super quiet and always had the shared kitchen to ourselves. I wish it had a refrigerator but for the price it was perfect. The shower curtain had specs of mold but other than that the bathroom was great. Old style key system too but not an issue at all!
The Staff: Nice and helpful, however the building is often unstaffed during late hours.
Cleanliness: not to bad at all, you get what you pay for. Fresh towels every 3 days.
Property: Cool, 2 elevators, living room was under renovation, roof top was cool but unlit at night.
Location: Lisbon is relatively small, so location was amazing - grocery stores close by. Nothing ever felt to far if you’re okay with a decent walk. Lots of food around.
Rating: 4/5, it was cheap so this is what I expected. Worth it. Check Google reviews before you make your decision however.
So before I say anything look at the price of the place and understand this is not a 5 star hotel, obviously, but it absolutely gets the job done! This spot is super close to everything and is clean. Staff was 10/10 very much welcoming and hilarious!! This place is great if you’re looking for a place to sleep rinse and repeat! Also fantastic place to see sunset as it has a rooftop!!
The staff were EXTREMELY helpful while we were undergoing hardships with our trip. The place is exceptionally good for the price. Location and transportation at the doorsteps.
We didn’t feel this place was good value all things considered.
The bathroom is shared by many rooms, only one toilet and it’s quite tight, although we got lucky and it was not very busy when we stayed. Elevator is finicky to operate. Stairs can be completely dark, lights were not working ? Location was good, as was parking, the room was clean. The artificial room fragrance was overwhelming, we had to keep the balcony open to air out the room.
This place was amazing, especially for the price. The walls are thick concrete, we couldn't hear the neighbors through the walls. Although the doors are not so thick and hallway noise gets in.
The only con is the automatic off lights in the bathroom. When you shower at night, you'll have to open the shower door every couple of minutes to reengage the motion detector or else the lights will go off on you. This cause water to spill out of the shower making the outside floor very wet. This is not only inconvenient but dangerous. We loved the old fashioned keys, they are so transition. We hope they never change them. The roof top view is amazing. There is an elevator, although make sure to take the one in the lobby because we tried to take the one in the staircase and got stuck, kinda scary.
So close to the Metro exit, maybe just a 2 minute walk, you can see their sign from the exit. The staff was so nice.
We highly recommend this place.

No worth the price
The hotel wasn't what I was expecting. The pictures are no a reality of what it actually looks. The kitchen and bathroom look dirty and found some dust. It is not worth what we pay for our stay there. The staff at the front desk were amazing tho. Really helpful and nice.
