We had a terrible room looking at a fence. Shower above sounded like a freight train, AC the same. `Asked for another room, said were full, they were not. Of 250 rooms we got one of a few with no view, We wonder if it was we got a better rate Expedia we got a poor quality room

Riu was an exceptional stay! Service was great, food was delicious, the events they had were fun, drinks were tasty. The resort was in a prime location as well! However, Riu doesn’t have an openly available transport so you will likely rely on taxis to get around if you plan to go far- bring cash.

Beautiful resort, beach chairs broken and hard to get so you have to come early in the morning to get chair with umbrella.
Room service was good, got towels every day, room was clean.
