Everything about this place was great. I took a star off because it wasn’t the ideal place for us. The casino is very central to the resort and is hard to avoid. If you’re not into gambling, it’s just annoying/sensory overload. We figured out a way to exit the building a floor above and take some stairs to the pools and beach. That made the stay a lot more enjoyable, but still we had to walk through the casino to go to the restaurants and shops. There are not many businesses outside the resort, so for food, you’re pretty much stuck with the resort’s restaurants, which are good but pricey. For example, one night at one of the more affordable restaurants, we got fish and chips and a mussels appetizer (as a main), no drinks, and the bill was about $100. Drinks are $20 each. There’s a liquor store and a small market near the entrance to the water park. I got a bottle of rum and some cans of juice and make my own drinks in the room. There’s also a great daiquiri place in that same area. Still not exactly cheap but the quality of the drinks is phenomenal. Overall, I’d say I’m not really a resort person. I liked walking to the little market and seeing locals NOT working in uniforms. We even took the jitney into town one day and that was an interesting experience.

They don’t follow their own rules 1. You can not leave your towel on a lounge chair to save it but people do and not enforced. Most of all 10:00 pm quiet time in the hotel part and it was LOUD VERY RUDE GUEST, I complained twice and was given the old we will monitor it, they did NOTHING. I won’t go back

Friendly and attentive staff. Clean facilities, good food, family friendly. A little pricey overall and the ala cart activities could have some level of inclusion for the extended stays.

Everything was too on the line service. I strongly recommend St Francis Resort. Clean room, staff very friendly, best beach view and breakfast really good.

Beautiful resort, beach chairs broken and hard to get so you have to come early in the morning to get chair with umbrella. Room service was good, got towels every day, room was clean.
