This cute motel is conveniently located in the heart of Banff. The amenities are great, especially free bikes to use to get around town. The staff is all very friendly and attentive!

The front desk checked us into someone else room, we ended up walking in on other guest, the front desk had no clue how to handle the situation. Not impressed, the vents were falling off in the pool and off the wall, the glass door fell and was barely hanging on many people walked into it.

The room cleaning was terrible They didn’t even try to clean or make it look good My room wasn’t clean for 3 days and even when they were on my room they didn’t do any work like clean the bathroom or shower or the floor. The food in the restaurant was very poor and kind of not enough food for what they offered on the menu.
