Front desk person was very unfriendly and uninterested.

Overall it was a great stay! Best part of the cottage was the bathroom with its deep big tub and walk in shower. But the room itself lacked visual appeal & some conveniences usually associated with booking a cottage which is more private and removed from the house. Could use more and better art in the room. I would also trade all the storage space for a mini fridge, tea kettle or coffee maker. Also the only full-size mirror is hidden far back in the bathroom which isn’t terrible but very inconvenient to check the outfit before heading out the door. It’s little odd things that just made it not feel like a luxury stay. And no one mentioned to us beforehand that the sauna, gym, pool area (even though in off season) was under renovation and not available to use. The restaurant was amazing though, room service was wonderful. And staff were adorable. But I don’t know if we would book again tbh.

Location location location, I am not a local , I visit new yor k all th time I live in Connecticut. A nice staycation place , close to all nice restaurants, shops and night life too. Local foods a, spirits and vintage stores near by. Great boutique hotel

About a minute walk from Times Square, the hotel is nice and clean and the staff in the lobby was kind and emailed us when our room was ready. We had 2 queen beds, small space for 3 adults, can't imagine having 4. Bathroom is a sliding door. Not enough space to put your clothes away. They dont provide complimentary slippers ($3.50USD); no robes, 2 complementary water bottles. If you want more the store/cafe downstairs has them for about $2-3. They provided enough towels for our stay and if you need anything else you can "order" it through their app, which was great because we didn't have to be in the room or return to the hotel to request things. Location is also close to various subway lines, which was great. About a 25 minute walk to Koreatown or a 13min subway ride.

The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays.
