"Checking in was fine. However upon entry of the unit, we noticed it didn't look quite like the pictures. The rooms were extremely small, items were broken or overly worn (bathroom sink, broken lamp on the room, microwave door hits the light fixture every single time, shamppo dispenser in shower hadn't been cleaned in months, missing face towels (staff couldn't bring them until the next morning), and unfinished holes in the walls from some cosmetic work). There were no cleaning supplies (broom, sponge, dish cloth or dustpan to clean up spills). "

"Place was very clean and nice exactly what the pictures showed, parking was a little tight for two vans, traveled thru questionable areas but the house was located in a nice area."

"Plenty of space for a large group to gather and stay. Activity to keep everyone buys. Invited friends and family local and abroad for my 50th birthday celebration and were impressed by the villa. Would consider renting this villa again in the future. Close to the airport and train station to get you anywhere."

"I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Stylish Apartments on Calle Ocho! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were top-notch. The location is perfect — vibrant, full of culture, and close to everything I needed. A special shoutout to the incredible staff who made my stay even more memorable. Rafael from the morning shift greeted each day with a warm smile and was always ready to assist with anything I needed. In the evening, Sarah was just as amazing — friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Hernan, the team leader, clearly runs a tight ship. His professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction truly showed through the entire team’s service. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable — just as described. I felt right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami who wants a relaxing yet vibrant stay with outstanding service. Can’t wait to come back!"
