The location is great — close to the airport, shopping centers, and restaurants, with public transportation easily accessible. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. However, the hallways and the rest of the hotel look quite old and definitely need some care and updates. The 7th floor also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which made the stay less pleasant. Adding breakfast to your stay doesn’t seem worth it. The eggs tasted frozen, the breakfast potatoes were cold and also had a freezer taste. The coffee was absolutely mediocre and unpleasant. Only one of the two elevators went up to our floor on the 7th, and that one only worked properly about half the time — which made getting to the room unnecessarily complicated. The staff was neither polite nor professional. On the phone, they often sighed, making us feel like we were a bother. Several times, they even hung up before we could finish asking our questions. Parking is large and convenient, but there are no cameras or on-site security, which makes it feel a bit unsafe.
