I was surprised on how as for a name like Rio the property wasn’t what I expected. I was on the 15th floor where they like to call it the penthouse, but the room was dirty. We had roaches bathroom toilet wasn’t working and it was filthy. The balcony door was broken. I was very, very surprised on how outdated and broken down the rooms were and there was an awful smell for the first three days we were there in our hotel room, and in the hallway it smelled like diapers. It was awful very outdated. The food was awful However, I would like to say that the staff were very pleasant and attentive. Five star goes out for the staff, but everything else I really was very disappointed. This will be the first and last time I will be visiting this hotel the resort was not what I expected very trashy, but the beach was absolutely beautiful five stars for the beach.

The bungalow was fabulous, with every thing we needed: a comfy bed, nice tub, fridge, mini bar, beach towels, and ocean view. Staff were courteous and went above and beyond to meet our needs and wants. We were able to get an early check in and a late check out. Everything was wonderful.

The marina is very good the food at the restaurant was expensive but taste great We also have a sour experience at the from desk we asked for a water taxi to eluthera airport and they call fo a private taxi without tell us that was private when we got to the island they ask us to pay $70 for the ride that was 10 minutes and for the same ride before they charge us $10 each other than that the experience was nice the beach was very clean and beautiful 😍
