Staff are wonderful and amazing! John was very respectful and let us check in early and check out later than usual so we would have a good trip. Chris and Shania helped me plan my proposal to my girlfriend and it could not have gone any better! Treasure was very sweet and helped me with everything I asked for. I had a really bad headache one day and Juan gave me some of his Ibuprofen to help. Marcie was also a great help with getting us a taxi late at night and giving us information about where to go. There was another woman there who helped clean and I wasn’t able to get her name but she was the sweetest and made sure we were okay. The cooks are amazing and the Indian food was the best we’ve ever had! The building is so beautiful and they are always around tending to it and are always around to help you whenever you need it. This is the best place on the island to stay if your in the Nassau.

We stayed for 6 nights as we were recommended to come to the Hotel Riu Palace Paradise Island by our family who visit every year, and overall it was a wonderful stay. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and greeted us at every interaction. The room was lovely and the selection of food and drinks were great. The overall atmosphere was fantastic and there never seemed to be dull moment in the day, but even when there were not activities going on, the music was playing, and it allowed a nice atmosphere to sit lay back and relax and enjoy the sun and pool. The resort was clean and maintained and after a previous horrible first time experience at another all-inclusive resort in the winter time, this hopeful "redemption" trip to the Hotel Riu Palace at Paradise Island has now restored our faith and we both agreed that we would definitely return for winter/spring getaways!! Thank you so much for a great vacation!!!! We look forward to returning!

Very well appointed condo. Views are incredible. Beach area is small but lovely. Infinity pool was great and perfectly heated. Wonderful pickleball and paddle court that’s surrounded by beautiful foliage and open 24hrs. Staff was helpful and accommodating of our needs for a late checkout.

The Cove was a great place to visit. However, the food there is very expensive and not worth the prices. One may feel to go downtown where the food can be cheaper adds another hefty taxi fee to your bill.

On an island with giant all-inclusive mega-resorts, British Colonial was a wonderful throwback hotel. It was clean and quiet with an understated elegance, and easily walkable to downtown and a number of restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly, without being intrusive. Hotel has a nice private beach and pool area. It is located near the port, so you can see the cruise ships sail in and out of the harbor, a rather impressive sight.
