“Amazing 4 night stay with Thane and Kaylene and their three lovable sweet Sheepadoodles! Basement apartment is very well kept with anything a guest could ask for including supplies in both the kitchen and bath. Owners checked in multiple times to ensure a wonderful stay. Their backyard is a delight! The hot-tub and sauna are an added bonus on an already fantastic stay. Definitely hike Roxbourough Park nearby. I look forward to staying again! ”

“Did not have time to use the hot tub although it looked very inviting. House was very clean, had keurig with pods, was very accommodating. The only rough patch was told in email the code to enter would be last 4 of my cell number, had to call the owner because it wasn’t working, he told me what code was. He was receptive and answered phone for me. Everything else was very smooth. Great location to red rocks. Would stay again ”

“We stayed for a week and the place was perfect our us (3 adults, 2 small kids). The rooms are spacious and and the beds are comfortable. It’s also located very close to grocery shopping, restaurants and easy access to the freeway. The host is very responsive and helpful. Only note would be the 4th bedroom is in the finished basement, where there is no bathroom. So you have to go up at least one flight of stairs to use the bathroom if sleeping in that bedroom. "We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. Then I was going to take it back to the room, but he said forget it and let it go for free. Then the next day, they deducted $6 from my credit card. In short, it was a bad experience for us."
