“They charged me again when I checked out. I realized this and the staff assured me that the charge was reversed and everything was in order, fine and the payment was not complete. Despite this, I just received the VISA receipt and finally they DID THE CHARGE. I tried to communicate with them unsucefully, the customer service is zero.
I thought the service should be better, considering is a Crowne Plaza, but I was wrong...”
