Hotel Manager evidently doesn’t spend any time walking this property. Lots of lights out in corridors, peeling wallpaper etc. Attention to detail and customer experience is missing. Concierge staff are lovely and helpful. Breakfast was disappointing, with scrambled eggs completely rubberised and many of the food heaters empty. Still a pleasant stay but the management need to up their game.

I had a great stay - only downside was that the bedroom didn’t have a big light, I drew the curtains for primary which meant that the room was really dark

I asked for a twin room / 2 beds , checked in at 8am , my room wasn’t ready as I expected, came back later that evening they said they were really busy & had to give me a room in the basement with a queen bed & a single fold up bed , not what I paid for , I have stayed in the Aloft over the last 6 yrs quite a bit That will be the last time

Had a great stay, we were only there for one evening and night. Staff made us feel very welcome and built up a rapport very easily. Room was enormous, clean and well laid out. The chocolate strawberries were a very nice and welcome touch.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had 3 rooms for family. Rooms were comfortable and of a good size. The bottom of the shower screen in my room was filthy and the toilet seat was loose. Not what I would have expected for a Marriott. The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast buffet was OK but some items were not available on the 2nd morning and this meant breakfast was basic. Coffee machine in restaurant was hard to use and the quality of coffee was poor.
