This modern, sun-drenched home offers a tranquil residential vibe alongside quick, easy access to downtown Livingston. You will be taking in the picture perfect views and trying to decide between coffee on the deck, a soak in the hot tub, or a quick walk downtown for a Livingston Saturday night dinner and people watching.
This home is outfitted for a quick trip or an extended stay - a romantic getaway or a family gathering. Five (5) separate beds, three (3) full bathrooms, fenced yard, wrap around decks and ample living and dining spaces - this home is more than a rental; it's an escape and place you will want to never leave.
SLEEPING (5 beds, sleeps 8 max):
One primary bedroom upstairs with a dreamy king bed, attached full bath with walk in shower, closets and toilet room.
Bedroom with a Queen Bed downstairs, closet, vanity table and dresser area downstairs.
Bedroom with two single beds, closet, and dresser area downstairs.
The open family room downstairs has a couch, foosball table, television and dvd and a high quality queen size Murphy bed for sleeping an additional 2.
The downstairs area has a full bath with shower/ tub combo share.
Upstairs, just off the office and kitchen area is an additional full bathroom (tub/shower combo).
OFFICE: Another room upstairs serves as a dedicated office and extra lounge space. Desk, printer, fast and free wifi, and television. Great views of the beautiful backyard so you can work and watch your kids play or swim in the heated pool and hot tub.
LIVING SPACES: Two main living rooms, one up and down with televisions in each. Cozy couches and sitting areas. The office has shelves of books and games for your enjoyment. You will see a fireplace in pictures, however it is unusable and not operable.
KITCHEN AND DINING: A wonderful kitchen fully stocked with all you might imagine needing for prepping a simple or complicated meal. The dining table seats 8 easily with a leaf for additional seating. There is also an island with seating for 3 more.
OUTDOOR LIVING AND DINING: The gorgeous front and back yards both have seating and tables for eating and relaxing (both have killer views!) - we recommend enjoying the fresh mountain air as much as possible! A propane grill and tools is also in the backyard.
For the basketball lovers, there is also a basketball net on the front driveway.
POOL AND HOT TUB: The home has a state of the art above ground Endless Pool with swim current. This is heated and approximately 4-5 feet deep at the center. The hot tub is under the same cover, but separate with it's own temperatures and jets. The pool and hot tub cannot be opened without a key. Children cannot swim in the pool without an adult 18 years and older. Pool privileges will be lost if this rule is broken.
LOCATION: Location is everything and this home has it all! A quick 5 blocks from downtown Livingston, a simple (and beautiful) walk down the hill gets you to the historic main street area with shopping, dining, live music, galleries, and more!
Yellowstone National Park is a gorgeous 50 minute drive from the house. Bozeman is 25 minutes away. Bridger Bowl ski resort is 30 minutes away. Countless other road-trip-worthy Montana towns are within 1 hour!

For your convenience there is a key pad on the front door. Guests have access to the entire house and both front and back yards. The garage is locked for owner use. Guests may have access to the hot tub and pool for an extra fee (if you have paid the extra money for access to the pool and hot tub the only circumstance when you can't use them is when it's too cold for the to cover open... it's mechanical and freezes at very cold temps).

This is a very nice, quiet and local neighborhood. All of the residents on the block live here full time and are local. There a lots of kids that ride bikes and walk in the area as well. It's also downright gorgeous with the views that overlook the historic, brick lined buildings on Main Street and the old train depot and park.
You can walk to town or take the provided cruiser bikes. The home does sit on the North side of the downtown area and there is a "hill" to climb, but this also is what gives you the great views! We recommend a vehicle no matter what for the area, as Montana is very spread out and you will drive to get to any of the various outdoor recreation areas.
Treat our home as you would your own (or better) and ask if you are unsure of how to use anything. Treat your neighbors with respect, and have a great time!
