The hotel was close to everything. The staff were nice and responsive. The rooms can use more outlets and we did not use the amenities since we were always out.

Mi experiencias fue muy gratificante, es un lugar de esparcimiento, relajación y descanso. Todo en medio de la montaña, fuera del bullicio. Si alguna sugerencia les diría, que pongas sobres de cocoa en la habitación para los que no bebemos café, alguna especie de cortinas a las ventana que son de cristal porque la luz de afuera en la noche entra y molesta para dormir y cuando amanece. Y que la comida del restaurante tambien haya opciones para los que no somos veganos, porque sino hay que salir afuera a comer y todo queda muy retirado. De lo demas todo esta espectacular, buen servicio y amabilidad especialmente, la chica de recepción Yame muy amable y con buen carisma. Volveremos! ♥️🙏

The property is peaceful and beautiful. They have 2 hammocks in the front, complimentary breakfast which can actually be accessed any time. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. It truly is a peaceful environment surrounded by the rainforest! We got room 5 upstairs which didn’t necessarily have a private patio but it does have a front patio that’s tucked away from the other rental units. The pictures are accurate, the rooms are snug. The a/c works very well! Water pressure was pretty good. Or room had 2 large windows that opened up and it was so relaxing!! I wish I had a full body mirror though. It was easy to reach the staff for any concerns I had. I think next time, I will rent the guest house suite for more space. Overall, happy with my experience !

The room was spotless, the mattress and pillows a little too hard for my liking, the pool is clean and nice, there is coffe free of charge every morning (they should bring it a little earlier) even thou there is a nice bar rest. by the pool, is closed, there is not much entertainment close by and the parking situation is difficult. The staff is friendly and helpful
