“The house waa absolutely adorable, as well as clean and well-equipped and quiet. Just perfect. Jo's communication with me was terrific, tho she and I both suffered from the fact that the Vrbo app had malfunctioned, and we had to work around that.”

“Property is superb with some amazing views of Llandudno, Colywn Bay and Snowdonia.There is a large circular sofa in the TV room, but there are 2 other sofas in the Kitchen diner and a further sofa in the Snug.Very peaceful and quiet.Outside there are several places to sit and enjoy the sun at various times of the day.Drive is very steep to the property, but the views from the property certainly make it worth while.Good exercise if you like a good walk.We will be staying again.”

“Fantastic location , great communication from friendly hosts . Dog friendly and parking available at an extra charge. Not particularly spacious as it is a traditional cottage but a lovely place to stay in Llandudno town centre. ”

“The property has everything a family needs in a great location for town, east and west beaches and plenty to do nearby. It would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. It was hard to parked outside and roads are steep.”

“Lovely property, very well laid out and furnished, and well-fitted out with everything you might need for your stay. Two terraces, a large living area and separate dining area meaning plenty of space for everyone, plus well designed bedrooms and bathrooms. Fantastic location within walking distance of beach, shops, cafes/pubs, train station and the Great Orme (walking or tram), perfect for the holiday. Owners extremely responsive and helpful - even when we had an accident and had to get in……

“Wonderful home, well appointed and matched description perfectly. The house was big enough for 4 adults and a teen, we had plenty of space and never felt on top of one another. Great to have a second toilet downstairs which meant no bathroom queues.Wonderfully located with beach just a few steps away and a short drive to Llandudno and conwy.Close to local shops and great chippy - Frydayd. We loved it here and would definitely recommend and rebook.”

“We had a lovely 3 day stay - location is ideal with all facilities within walking distance with a good choice of places to eat & drink.The house itself is up some steep steps. The only issue we had was the parking. We were aware of this beforehand and free parking is available outside on a first come, first served basis on one side of the street. However, the houses on that side all appear to have 'disabled parking' notices in their windows asking people not to park there. Not sure if these are……

"Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. I visited in mid-May, when the hotel was undergoing maintenance which was unexpected and left me certain disappointments. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. It did great in 3 very important basic things of a hotel, which are strong and hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow, and strong hair dryer (all were even better than most 5 stars hotels I have visited). Services also excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the waiter of the restaurant who was enthusiastic and sincere. Restaurant food was great and price was reasonably low. Carpet of the room was a bit old which was the only thing I did mind a bit. Will definitely visit again."
