"Nice and cozy rooms in the middle of nothing, just you and the silence broken by some very faint cowbells coming from the landscape, place is very realxing!!! On the front, there's some convenient tables and chairs to enjoy the pleasant scenery. "The room was clean, had decent size but there was a lack of maintenance. The shower head would fall if moved slightly, the toilet cover was missing a hinge, there was a broken towel rack and the main door was missing oil and would squeak everytime it was opened. There is a lack of parking space (only enough for 15 cars or so), no room service available. There is a cafeteria available which closes at 7pm however we went at 6pm and they no longer had food available. The staff was kind and helpful. Definitely not 4 star worthy though."

"Me gustó el hotel. El cuarto era grande y comodo. Buenas camas, buen baño. El personal nos recibió muy bien. Pero…. En la noche, ya entrada la madrugada llegaron otros huéspedes al mismo piso. Debian tener dos o tres cuartos. Pero se pasaron por todo el pasillo entre risa y risa, hablando altisimo, corriendo y lo peor, tocando las puertas de los de más huespedes, incluyendo la nuestra. Les escribi pidiendo ayuda al hotel y no hubo respuesta. Esos huespedes hicieron escandalo toda la madrugada y nadie del personal llegó. En fin, no dormimos ni con tapones en los oídos."

"The hotel was in a beautiful location overlooking the beach but unfortunately the staff at check-in left us waiting for around 10 minutes because the only staff person was on the phone. The room was tired with loose floor laminates and the air-conditioning didn't work adequately. Breakfast, again was just OK so disappointing. Staff person on check out seemed angry about something and was rude and did not ask how our stay had been."

"Las Arenas proved to be the ideal location for us to explore Picos de Europa National Park. This hotel is also great for leaving the car parked and walking into the village for an evening meal and a drink at the end of the day. Plenty of parking spaces around the hotel and a little cafe 2 minutes down the road for our breakfast. Very pleased with our stay, we made a good choice."
