Very helpful and professional staff who made check-in a very smooth process. The room was clean, spacious and well laid out. The breakfast was nice. Parking though limited was available 2 nights out of my 3 nights stay at the hotel.

Rooms were great size , especially for a family of 4. Proper beds not sofa beds for kids. Jacuzzi bath was good.
Problem we had was that the bathroom window was not frosted and when going to the toilet/ shower the window was visible for everyone in the opposite offices to see through!!!!! We had to ask for a bedsheet to drape over the window for privacy.

"The room smelled of sewerage. Staff said there had been issues historically and that new pipe work had been installed. The lovely lady in reception came up, sanitised everything and it was much better. The staff at the hotel were all lovely."
