The room was advertised as having a romantic theme, but it was decorated with black roses and black curtains, which wasn’t what we expected. The mattress was also very stiff and uncomfortable.
Another issue was the property’s access policy. We were told the gate and front door would be locked at 10:00 AM each day, and if we wanted to return later, we had to specify an exact time in advance. This felt very inconvenient. We’re on vacation and prefer the flexibility to come and go without having to schedule our return.
Overall, the stay was okay, but the room and access policy did not match our expectations.

"It was a horrible experience my room was filthy dirty and when I complained the staff offered to move my room but then they claimed they had no available space. I also found cockroaches when I opened up the closet place was a complete disaster if I ended up leaving early not wanting to stay ..."

"The building was old but I was impressed as they had kept it clean as new. The staff were friendly and very helpful when I asked questions. Breakfast was great as it has had variety of food for vegetarian folks like us. I would recommend since it definitely deserves a 5 stars rating."
