"進房間就看到蜘蛛絲在天花板厚厚的好幾處，還有一條像棉線垂下來，很可怕。 馬上有請櫃檯安排人員清潔。戶外的水池也都是小昆蟲死在裡面，根本無法下去做水療，所以自行加價升等也無法使用房內設施。"

"Very dirty and smell. Pillows cases smell, bed sheets cover smell very bad. old and discolored bath towels. Sofa is supper dirty and smell like some one pissed on it. It takes 20 minutes to wait for elevator to get in the room on 25th floor. Too crowded in elevator and elevator is dirty and smell. ..."

"This apartment is in the Mermaid Seaside Hotel building, but it is privately owned and not a part of the Hotel. If on check in, you go to reception, they will tell you “ it’s nothing to do with us ! “ If you have any mobility problems, then you should not book this .. it’s up on a steep incline, ..."
