"The pool was out of commission when I stayed here. When I arrived that night to check in, my room had not been cleaned after the previous guest. Also the breakfast bar was low on stock when I arrived and not many choices. "

"Reservation was booked a month ago. Morning of, asked to update card(paying on site) Card was updated, drove 5 hours...reservation canceled. Manager claimed Expedia did it, but it was not done through the website. Manager also claimed to have called & text me, also a lie. Hotel looked very nice thought. However, desk clerk & Manager were less than appealing."
