Curerei di più la pulizia della camera, il bagno non era molto pulito e così pure gli specchi e i vetri sia delle finestre che quelli della porta della sala da pranzo”

“This was a great location, room was nice and breakfast was good. We had a really nice stay. My criticism is the spa rules were not consistent and regimented concerning hours spent as a hotel guest even when it was not busy. I think it is a shame that they don’t have a pool for families. The pool is only used for people 18 years and older. The spa services were not available on the weekend which is surprising during peak season.”

“Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Kobarid. Das Apartment hatte alles was man brauchte um ein paar entspannte Tage zu verbringen. Fußläufig zu guten Restaurants und ein paar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist auch sehr praktisch.”

“The chateau is small yet perfect for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the things we needed for simple meals. We even took advantage of using the sauna. All in all a very comfortable stay.”

The kitchen was well equipped for basic meals, with essentials like washing-up liquid, sponge, cloth, tea towel, plus tea, coffee, salt, and pepper provided. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the quality of the accommodation. We arrived mid-afternoon to find reception unattended and never found staff there despite returning several times before it closed at 8pm. There were people in the staff area, but……
