The Ea di Lavru is a delightful small residential complex consisting of 11 apartments. It is located just a few minutes from the most enchanting beaches on the coast, facing the spectacular panorama of the island of Tavolara, which appears as an imposing dolomite rock suspended in the gulf among the amazing turquoise of the sky and the sea. The apartments, which are decidedly different from the common canons of the area, differ from each other in position, size, articulation of spaces and interior design. Delicious verandas and terraces, surrounded by colorful flowers, allow you to pleasantly use the outdoor spaces and enjoy the spectacular panorama of the gulf. The designer artistically distributed the accommodations in three harmonious groups of villas, between an alternation of small areas of Mediterranean scrub, rocks with warm shades of pink granite and delicious, extensive flower beds.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL COMPULSORY COSTS (to be paid at check-in): Initial cleaning: euro 70.00 - Bed linen and towels: euro 17. 50 per person per week
ADDITIONAL COMPULSORY COSTS (to be paid at check-out): Water and electricity: according to consumption (according to meter reading). The average consumption is around € 2.50 per day per person. Fantastic Holiday - beautiful apartments
Beautiful apartments, that are even more impressive than they look on the website and photos, each apartment has its own features and characters, with particular attention to detail and quality of finish. Flavio is extremely helpful - he arranged restaurants, trips and activities - which was especially helpful so early in the season when a lot of places facilitated us only on his request. Dinner at S'Ollastu was amazing, as well as a great evening at the farmhouse restaurant, Su Casteddu. A nice touch was Flavio organising for a bakery which wasn't yet open properly, to provide us with a Easter speciality cake which was being made for a number of locals by order. His 'yellow pages' guide book for beaches, walks and day trips is invaluable and we were lucky enough on a few days to explore some of the fantastic beaches in the area. The town is a great base for further exploring this area of Sardinia, as well as having everything you would like to have close by. Highly recommend and we very much hope to visit again soon!

Absolut empfehlenswert
Wir waren mit unserer 7-jährigen Tochter für knapp zwei Wochen im Appartment #3 bei L ´Ea di Lavru. Sehr schöne Anlage in gepflegter Atmosphäre, man hat ein familiäres Verhältnis zum Vermieter, der sich alle Zeit der Welt nimmt, einem Fragen zu beantworten und bei Problemen zu helfen. L ´Ea di Lavru ist der ideale Ausgansort um die schönsten Strände Europas innerhalb kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Trotz durchwachsenen Wetters hatten wir einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt und hoffen, auch nächstes Jahr wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen. Generelle Bewertung von uns: absolut empfehlenswert!

Our vacation at the L'Ea di Lavru, Porto san Paolo
Our stay at the L'Ea di Lavru apartment complex was a really unique experience. The apartments are located in the western part of Porto San Paolo (about 15 km south of Olbia) in a small apartment complex, surrounded by a beautiful garden. All apartments are unique and designed with great passion by Flavio (the owner). The L'Ea di Lavru offers a nice view on the beach and the island of Tavolara. Flavio provides a lot of helpful information on restaurants, activities, beaches, or tours and is always around to help you with any kind of issue. We felt like being his personal guests. Stunning apartments, perfect service, just great
Hervorragende Appartement-Anlage im Norden Sardiniens. Traumhafter Ausblick, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Der Eigentümer, Flavio, kümmert sich unaufdringlich um alle Wünsche der Gäste. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Flavio ist sehr zuverlässig und - anders als sonst oft in Italien erlebt - überaus präzise. Sein selbst verfasster Guide (man erhält diesen vorab zugesandt) war überaus hilfreich, da er tolle Tipps beinhaltete. Klare 5 Sterne!

Großartige Unterkunft mit Meerblick
Wir haben einen tollen Familienurlaub auf Sardinien in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Man merkt an jedem Detail der Anlage, dass der Besitzer (Flavio) Wert auf Qualität und Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste legt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight waren die Lichtinstallationen, deren Lichtfarbe man variieren kann. Die Qualität der Möbel und Betten ist sehr hochwertig. Auch der Außenbereich war sehr gepflegt. Jedes Detail verrät, dass Flavio ein Faible für Architektur hat. Wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Porto San Paolo mit der vorgelagerten Insel Tavolara, den wir aus unserem Gartenbereich und den Zimmern genießen konnten. Überragend war die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und insbesondere des Besitzers selbst. Flavio hat uns bei allen Ausflügen und Restaurantbesuchen hervorragend beraten und diese sogar organisiert. Alle Tipps waren Volltreffer! Er bietet seine Hilfe jederzeit an und wir können nur empfehlen, dies wahrzunehmen. Er kennt Gott und die Welt auf der Insel und fast alle Leute kennen ihn. Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung empfehlen und werden sicherlich auch selbst wieder dahin zurückkehren.

Perfect appartment

Fantastic! L'Ea di Lavru
Stayed at Flavio's wonderful apartment all of last week with my wife and 2 kids (11 & 8) and can highly recommend it. The apartment is well designed with great views and aircon throughout. It was very clean and well presented while being very well priced with its basic rate. Flavio then allows you to add on things as required which we thought works very well. Flavio himself is full of great stories and is more than happy to talk and assist but equally does not intrude if you want to do your own thing. He suggested / personally reserved some incredible restaurants for us and the Owners of the places all seemed to make sure we had extra special treatment because we knew Flavio! Weather was 25C +, sea was fine to swim in without wetsuits, great diving with Luana and Giorgio while the flight in Salvatore's plane is not to be missed. Was oyster season while we were there too and Flavio also arranged a day with lunch on his friends 50ft yacht as well as a canyon walk. We had a brilliant time and was lovely to come back to this apartment at night. We will definitely go back and I am reluctant to write more for fear of Flavio becoming a victim of his on success! Veremente bello!!

Bellissimo appartamento con vista su Tavolara.
Da Flavio ci siamo sentiti a casa. E' una persona squisita con un senso dell'ospitalità non comune. L' Ea di Lavru è uno di quei pochi posti dove la realtà è come le fotografie se non meglio. Il nostro appartamento aveva una vista splendida su Tavolara. In mezzo alla tranquillità della collina e a pochi minuti dal paese e dalle spiagge. Lo abbiamo usato come base per visitare tutte le spiagge della guida del comandante Segatori. Una più bella dell'altra. La guida è stato uno strumento prezioso per scoprire questo angolo di Sardegna meraviglioso che conoscevamo poco. E anche per godere degli ottimi ristoranti suggeriti. E' difficile trovare in poche pagine cosi' tanti preziosi consigli. Difficilmente una guida si può scrivere con questo grado di cura dei dettagli. Io consiglio vivamente a chi dovesse fare l'esperienza dell'Ea di Lavru di passare un po' di tempo con Flavio. Ne vale la pena per davvero. Conto sicuramente di tornarci in futuro. Massimo

Another wonderful holiday
We have just arrived back from a lovely holiday in Sardinia staying at the L'Ea di Lavru. This was our second visit to these apartments in Porto San Paolo and really love it. The apartments at L’Ea di Lavru is very comfortable and the interior really reflects the beautiful outside colors from the sea, sky and mountains. The apartments are situated a little uphill from the city center which is only 15 minutes away in walking distance. The beaches, Olbia city center and Airport is only a 15-20 minutes’ drive away. We highly recommend these apartments to everyone who evaluates where to stay when visiting Sardinia. Thank you for two wonderful weeks in paradise, Flavio and Marco. We’ll be back!

Wunderschöner Pfingsturlaub mit Kindern
Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern, 10,8 und 5 Jahre alt)haben 6 wunderschöne Tage in L'Ea di Lavru verbracht und können uns den zahlreichen positiven Bewertungen zu dieser kleinen schicken Anlage nur anschließen! Wir bewohnten Wohnung 3 welche von einem Schlafzimmer und der Terrasse einen phantastischen Ausblick auf la Tavolara bietet (im Sommer ggf. Sonnenschirm für draußen mitbestellen). Wir empfanden die Wohnung sehr geräumig, unsere Kinder haben zusammen im 2. Schlafzimmer übernachtet aber es besteht auch die Möglichkeit eine Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer zu nutzen. Die Wohnung ist stylisch aber gleichzeitig funktional, sehr geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail (exakt wie auf den Bildern) eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Besonders das Bad war hochwertig ausgestattet und gefliest, die Küche ebenfalls gut ausgestattet (Grundaustattung wie Salz/Pfeffer/Spüli/Geschirrtuch etc. muss allerdings komplett mitgebracht werden). Die Buchung mag etwas kompliziert erscheinen, andererseits empfanden wir den Gesamtpreis angemessen und transparent - man bezahlt was man eben benutzten möchte. Die Wohnanlage liegt fussläufig zu Supermarkt und Bäcker, zahlreiche Traumstrände befinden sich im Autoradius von etwa 10 Minuten, was San Paolo zu einer strategisch guten Ausgangsbasis im Nordosten Sardiniens macht. Flavio der Gastgeber bemüht sich sehr um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste, seine Infobrochüre zu Ausflügen usw. ist der Hammer und wurde von uns reichlich genutzt. Er ist auch jederzeit bei Reservierungen persönlich behilflich, ist bestens vernetzt und organisiert, unsere Highlights waren die Restaurants la Tavernetta und BBQ, sowie der Segeltörn um das Maddalena Archipel. Wir kommen gerne wieder - die Anlage verdient unsere uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!

Traumausblick am Hang von Proto San Paolo
Das Appartment Nr. 3 liegt am Hang von Proto San Paolo und hat einen traumhaften Ausblick über das Dorf bishin aufs Meer durch ein Panoramafenster (nur in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer). Das Appartment war sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Die Buchung war etwas aufwendig, aber wenn man sieht was man für Preis/Leistung bekommt, dann nimmt man diese gerne in Kauf. Die Räumlichkeiten stecken voller kleiner liebevoll gefertigter Details, die vom Vermieter gestaltet wurden. Leider kamen wir bis zum Schluss nicht mit den vielen Lichtschaltern klar, aber es ist eine nette Speilerei;) Die Unterkunft ist auf jedenfall weiterzuempfehlen, da auch mit dem Auto viele schöne Strände in relativ kurzer Zeit zu erreichen sind. Wird würden jederzeit wiederkommen, auch wenn es für 4 Personen doch eher eng, aber platzmässig ausreichend ist.

Perfekter Sommerurlaub
Die Anlage ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Die Lage ist ideal, es gibt viele wunderbare Strände in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Amazing property...amazing host
The accommodation was beautiful and clean, just as in the photos! Amazing views overlooking the bay. Flavio the host went above and beyond to make our stay special. He helped to advise on beaches to visit, good excursions and restaurants to eat at, all of which were delicious and really good value for money. He also booked all our restaurants and excursions which made the experience trouble free. We really couldn't fault the customer service he offered. We would recommend to all and will definitely be making a return visit.

Perfekter Urlaub in traumhafter Unterkunft!
Bereits im Vorfeld der Buchung hat uns der Besitzer der Unterkunft (Flavio) und seine Frau äußerst zuvorkommend und toll beraten. Nach der Buchung und Anzahlung haben wir nach wenigen Tagen ein umfassendes "Informationspaket" mit verschiedenen Broschüren und Flyern erhalten. Enthalten war auch eine von Flavio über die Jahrzehnte selbst erstellte, geniale Broschüre --- "Die Bibel" :-) --- mit Restaurantempfehlungen, Tipps zu Ausflügen, Empfehlungen zum Shoppen und die Beschreibung einiger sagenhafter Traumstrände (Geheimtipps), jeweils inklusive detaillierter Beschreibung wie man diese erreicht und auf was ggf. zu achten ist. Bei Ankunft hat uns Flavio sehr freundlich empfangen und uns persönlich unser Apartment (Nr. 3) gezeigt. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an unglaublich wohl, willkommen und auch sicher gefühlt. Flavio war während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes (11 Nächte) jederzeit per Handy und natürlich auch persönlich bei den Apartments erreichbar, hat für uns Restaurantreservierungen oder die Buchung von Bootsausflügen übernommen. Flavio ist auf Sardinien offenbar sehr bekannt und bei den Einheimischen sehr angesehen. Bei unseren Restaurantreservierungen über Flavio haben wir stets den besten Tisch und Sonderkonditionen (Rabatt oder eine Flasche Wein auf`s Haus) bekommen. Einfach fabelhaft ;-) Zu den Apartments ist zu sagen, dass Sie sehr hochwertig und exklusiv eingerichtet und ausgestattet sind. Flavio hat hier seine Leidenschaft für Design und Architektur eingebracht und an keiner Ecke gespart. Wir hatten eine Unterkunft mit Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Tavolara. Wirklich atemberaubend (siehe Fotos auf der Webseite von L'Ea di Lavru (www.lavru.it). Andere Zimmer haben z.B. einen kleinen Garten oder eine Dachterrasse. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal (Hausmeister und Reinigungskräfte) hält alles tip-top in Schuss und sauber. Der Ortskern von Porto San Paolo ist fußläufig nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ein Bäcker (frisches Brot am Morgen), ein Fisch- und Gemüsemarkt oder Supermärkte sind ebenfalls sehr nahe gelegen. Unbedingt empfehlenswert ist ein Besuch bei "Gelateria Mimmo e Agnese" ... dort gibt es definitiv das beste Eis auf Sardinien ;-) Unser Fazit: Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft gelegen, sehr gepflegt und exklusiv. Flavio der Besitzer und Betreiber ist ein fabelhafter Gastgeber, außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und professionell. Wir kommen garantiert wieder!!!

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung
Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dieser sehr sauberen und gepflegten Anlage verbracht. Die einzelnen Appartements sind sehr individuell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Der Blick auf die Insel Tavolara ist einfach unglaublich schön, ebenso wie die in unmittelbaren Nähe gelegenen Traumstrände. Wir wurden von Flavio sehr gut betreut. Er stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Es lohnt sich seinen Empfehlungen zu folgen! Doris und Werner

Super schöne, gepflegte Anlage!
Sehr liebevoll vom Eigentümer gestaltete und gepflegte Anlage. Die Ferienwohnung war ebenfalls sehr liebevoll und detailvoll (gemütliche Akzente durch Lichteffekte, Einsatz von Holz und Steinen als Dekoelemente etc.) eingerichtet und sauber! Die Lage ist ruhig und innerhalb ca. 15 Minuten erreicht man den wahrscheinlich schönsten Strand ("Tahiti") der Insel. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert für alle, die abschalten und die "Seele baumeln" lassen wollen. :-)

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Umgebung
L'Ea di Lavru ist eine kleine, traumhaft gelegene Ferienwohnungsanlage von höchstem Niveau. Die einzelnen Wohnungen bestechen durch ihr aussergewöhnliches Design, welches vom Eigentümer Flavio mit viel Liebe und Herzblut gestaltet wurde. Die Aussicht über Porto San Paolo und das Gebirge der Insel La Tavolara ist einmalig. Die Wohnungen und die Gartenanlage sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der von Flavio eigenhändig zusammengestellte Reiseführer für die Umgebung ist sehr hilfreich und lässt einen tolle Restaurants, sowie viele versteckte, traumhafte Buchten und Strände finden. Flavio ist sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es um Auskünfte oder Reservationen für Restaurants/Aktivitäten geht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im L'Ea di Lavru ausserordentlich genossen und empfehlen die Anlage wärmstens.

Magnifique
Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine à l'Ea di Lavru avec nos 2 enfants de 10 et 13 ans. Une très belle vue sur l'ile Tavalora, une propreté irréprochable du jardin et de l'appartement décorés avec grand soin, fidèle aux photos du site www.lavru.it. Le village de Porto San Paolo est très bien situé pour accéder directement aux nombreuses plages alentours, dignes des tropiques, à seulement 10 km de l’aéroport d’Olbia. Il ne faut surtout pas hésiter à recourir aux conseils de Flavio pour goûter à la gastronomie locale et aussi pour réaliser de belles visites et balades à proximité. En effet Flavio qui parle très bien français nous a aidés à organiser notre séjour en téléphonant directement aux restaurateurs ou les guides et en négociant même les prix pour nous.

1. Klasse Urlaub
Die Appartementanlage ist wunderschön, sowohl die Außenanlagen wie die Appartements selbst. Die Anlage ist im sardischen Stil gehalten. Natursteine prägen das Bild der Anlage, sowohl im Außen-und im Innenbereich. Die Liebe mit der die Anlage erbaut wurde und wie sie gehegt und gepflegt wird, erkennt man in allen Bereichen. Wir durften das Appartement Nummer 3 bewohnen, von der Terrasse und vom Schlafzimmerfenster aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Insel Tavolara, woran man sich nicht satt sehen kann. Die Sauberkeit der Anlage ist unübertrefflich. Auch die Tipps, die man von Vermieter Flavio bekommt, sollte man unbedingt beherzigen, denn sie sind hervorragend. Der Urlaub dort ist geprägt von 100%igem Wohlfühlcharakter. Nicht zu toppen!!!!!

Fabulous apartment - sea views & garden terrace

SUPER AUSSICHT UND WOHNUNG
Ganz tolle Unterkunft - alles wie beschrieben! Wir hatten einen super Ausblick auf die Küste und im Appartement gab es alles, was man so braucht. Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Buchung ist etwas umständlich, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Flavio ist sehr freundlich, er hat viele Tipps für die Umgebung!

ANGOLO DI PARADISO
Dire che è un villaggio meraviglioso è dire poco. Tutti gli appartamenti sono unici. Arredati con grande gusto, originalità e con materiali di prim’ordine. Il panorama che si gode sull’isola di Tavolara non si può raccontare è da togliere il fiato. Il proprietario è una persona squisita nei modi e nell’attenzione che presta ai suoi ospiti offrendo loro consigli su luoghi da visitare, le spiagge più belle, i ristoranti e le pizzerie migliori. E’ un angolo di paradiso su questa bellissima isola.
