Property Details This ground-floor apartment features a flexible living/dining/home office area with a sofa and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, fridge, Nespresso machine, microwave/oven, toaster, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchenware. A clothes washer, iron, vacuum, mop, and drying rack are also provided.
The first bedroom faces the street with a double bed, while the second bedroom overlooks the courtyard with another double bed. The third bedroom has a single bed. All bedrooms have high-quality mattresses, linens, and towels. There is one en-suite bathroom and one hallway bathroom, both with showers, sinks, toilets, and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. It is heated throughout the winter (no air conditioning, but portable fans are available).

This is a residence, not a hotel, and an unreasonable mess will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to £800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. It’s in a great location with easy access to central London, close to cafes, pubs, and the underground.The bedrooms were a good size and having two bathrooms was very convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was great to find dishwasher tablets ready for us. The living room was bright and spacious, and the whole place felt very cozy.The host communicated well and getting into the apartment was easy.
