Enjoy a modern and cosy stay in this stylish two-bedroom flat, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Situated on the second floor with lift access, this apartment also benefits from two balconies, offering a lovely outdoor space. The flat provides the perfect base for exploring London, combining contemporary living with a convenient location.

The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a super-king bed and the other with a king-size bed, plus a separate office space with a double sofa-bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. There are two bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite, ensuring convenience and privacy. A dedicated dining area provides space for meals together, while the spacious living area, complete with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, is ideal for relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances including a dishwasher, a Delonghi ground coffee machine, and a blender, making your stay as comfortable as possible.

The flat is located in the vibrant Poplar neighbourhood, a historic area undergoing exciting regeneration. Poplar offers a unique blend of old and new, with charming streets, green spaces, and a growing selection of independent shops and restaurants. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
