• 5th and 6th guests can use the sofa bed: if you are 5 or 6 people please select the exact number of guests for a smooth access as all guests needs to be registered: theres an extra charge of £100 per night for the 5th guest and an the same for the 6th guest.

- Sending all guests Passports photos before check in is mandatory. - We will only release the keys to the person who made the booking unless agreed beforehand. ** Please note we will check the passport of the person who booked upon arrival **
House Rules: No Parties, No events allowed, No Smoking
If you party inside the apartment the contract will be terminated and you will be evicted straight away with no refunds and fined £1000. Smoking inside the property is subject to £500 fine.
Loss of keys is charged £250 per key, if you loose a set of 2 keys that’s £500 charge, please don’t lose keys as they are special security keys.
