A hidden gem offering peace of mind in an upscale neighbourhood, nestled in the verdant suburb of Hornchurch. Open plan Living room, deluxe Kitchen/dining with integrated appliances giving you a sleeker and more modern feel, Smart TV, Cosy Sofa and free WIFI. Just 30 minutes from central London, 2 mins drive to Emerson Park Station, 4 min drive to Gidea Park Tube Station on the Elizabeth line, and 5 minutes drive to Hornchurch Tube Station on the District line with direct access to Heathrow Airport. Situated conveniently for shops, restaurants and services within walking distance or a short bus ride away DESCRIPTION The apartment has a private back garden and is perfect for 2 to 4 adults. It is in close proximity to Romford Town Centre which has 3 Shopping Centres - The Brewery, The Liberty and The Mercury. Situated in a prime location, you will have quick access to shops for Clothes, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Cinema, Fitness centre and Hospital etc. This apartment offers unmatched accessibility for exploring London! In just 30 minutes, you'll effortlessly reach Central London, where an array of iconic landmarks await your exploration (Buckingham Palace, Tower of London, Big Ben etc). Stratford Westfield Shopping Centre and the Olympic Park are accessible on the Elizabeth line in under 20 minutes. If you are driving, Heathrow Airport is a 1 hour or less drive around the M25 orbital motorway that surrounds London. M25 is only 4 miles away. You can get to most parts of London from this motorway as its only a 5-10 min drive away as well as access larger motorway to help you drive to other parts of the country. For international travel, London Southend Airport and Stanstead Airport are within 30 miles. Gatwick, Heathrow and City of London Airport are easily accessible by car or train. GUEST ACCESS Guests will have access to the whole apartment and private back gardens area OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Only the maximum number of guests specified in the booking must sleep over. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
