Disliked: Communication
Plan to put in claim for full refund. No contact from company until day of arrival and I had to initiate. They then asked for multiple additional documents including emails with pictures of ID that were not secure. After several exchanges of email had to make alternate arrangements. In addition, the property was on the sale market and showings were possible.
Stayed 4 nights in Jun 2024
