It has lovely common areas with good seating for gathering around the table for food and games or in the living room for conversation. The kitchen is well stocked with fun extras. "This is a very quaint farmhouse, on a rustic property. The extensive renovation inside is very well-done but is definitely a work in progress. The surrounding yard, porch, etc. needs considerable attention. We did not explore the grounds. Beware, the pet and cleaning fees will just about double the cost of your stay. Great place for a family group. "

"Clean and well appointed property. We enjoyed the coffee bar and gift bag which was a bonus. The owners were very attentive and quick to respond to messages. Location was perfect for visit to the Chiefs game. Would definitely stay again!"

"We stayed at this hotel because I got a good deal on the price and it had a hot tub! The pool and hot tub were in good condition and very enjoyable. The room was a typical size and layout for this type of hotel, but it was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. The breakfast was exceptional, and the outdoor landscaping added a peacefulness to the stay. One of my better hotel experiences!"
