"Clean room - comfortable and spacious… undergoing a renovation so while it seems a little lack luster on the decor front (rooms, halls and lobby) I am sure it will be spectacular when finished!"

"There were wet towels and wash cloths behind the door in the bathroom. Called the front desk as soon as we saw them and let them know we sat them in the hall way. They said they would have someone come pick them up. They stayed in the hallway our whole stay. The elevators are also kind of sketchy. One has a door the wiggles back and forth the whole ride and then one shakes a lot when you get to the top floor before the door opens. "

"We checked in early and they had no problems with that. Then we went in to the casino and notice all the restaurants. Great!! Played machines. Then decided to eat at 7:30PM. Of the 7 or 8 restaurants only 1 was open. It was an expensive restaurant that the cheapest meal was a burger for $25!!! Steaks up to $80. Sat at the bar for 5 minutes and couldn't get waited on. The bartender was rude. The front desk told us that on Mondays and Tuesdays the restaurants close down early. Why didn't they tell us that up front? We went to bed without eating a bit!!! Never will I go to that place again. Oh yes, 5 AM morning our coffee pot doesn't work. They have no coffee at the front and they do NOT serve any kind of breakfast. Why didn't anyone tell us about that!!! Poor poor hotel. Never again!"
