Family Reunion

This was a great home for our family reunion. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all our meals. There is an extra fridge in the playroom which was helpful and the backyard and playroom were great for our 3 and 5 years grandchildren. You can walk to the beach.

Great home, lovely stay

It was very easy to book and pay for the home. The house was large, well stocked, and very comfortable. The game room was a blast! So much fun for the kids and adults. It is quite the trek to the beach from this house, be ready for that or be ready to drive to an access point like 38th St. The market and several restaurants are walking distance. We saw deer and birds galore. I recommend both Bloomer Estates and this house.

Family Reunion

We all were very Happy with this property. So many amenities for all ages . Game room was a Winner for all ages ,and the little kids closet hide away was a BIG hit with the youngest of our group. Large bedrooms and dining table for great meals together. We enjoyed the large play yard out back and played many games of tether ball As well as the fire pit for night time s’mores and the BBQ grill and HotTub we used both every day Great place for large family’s or getting together with friends . And just a short walk or drive to beach or downtown

45th Place Beach House

Our family enjoyed a 4 night stay at the Long Beach House Lots of room for everyone, house is well stocked with everything, Game room has a lot to offer, fenced yard with play area for kids and dog was nice, house located on the end of the street so low to no traffic, quite area with trees, meadow, wind and some wide life. The host staff was excellent to work with, Great communications with quick and helpful reply's. They are there (for you) from the beginning of the trip to the very end. Thanks to the staff! We can't wait to come back. TG

Good location, fun house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Aside from maintenance on the hot being performed as we arrived, delaying its use for 50% of our stay, this was a fun house with lots to offer. We took advantage of the clam guns and caught our limits, thankful for those being made available. The house is clean, has lots of toys, and the owner was very responsive to our questions/comments.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Meet friends from Seattle area for a 4 day get together. Had a wonderful time with them. Want to do it again!! The picture showed a fireplace. We were disappointed that there wasn't one. Missed the hot tub, but it was ok.want to take my girlfriends there for a girls get away.

Very nice

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice, newer house, which seemed quite large to us. The separate game room (converted garage) really added to the spacious feel. There were plenty of things to keep the kids busy and we had a nice time. There were just a few problems (handles missing from drawers/doors, closet doors off rollers, etc.) Not really a problem, but we didn't do the damage! Also, the spa needs a new cover. The current cover is water logged and very heavy.

Great house for a family or group

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has a great layout for families with kids of all ages - HUGE game room (basketball game was a hit with our group) and a downstairs bedroom with a big under-the-stairs playroom attached that would be loved by little ones. Easy to have kid and adult zones in this house.The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil we needed, had a full-sized fridge and stove, and the dishwasher worked well. Hot tub is newer with great jets and a variety of options depending where one sits. Nice to have the privacy screen around the hot tub but have the sky uncovered for star gazing while in the tub.On the first night we discovered the bed in the master suite had been broken and repaired prior to our arrival - the repair did not hold. The owners were very responsive and replaced it with a new bed the following day.The trail to the beach is a nice walk but the trail is narrow and in one spot there is a bog with small logs to walk across - may not be great for anyone that is not nimble.

Winter getaway

Reviewer Comments: We booked a little getaway during the off season at 45th st beach house, and were glad we did! the house is at the end of the road which was great for peace and quiet! Deer came through the yard daily and the kids loved seeing them! the house itself had a great layout that allowed for the right amount of separation for kids and grownups in between activities. i initially thought the kitchen might feel a little crammed with 4 adults and 3 kids, but it actually flowed really well for us! All in all we had a great stay and will likely stay at the same house again. because it was winter the private path to the beach was flooded, but we anticipated that. Pros: great layout, kids loved it, pet friendly, comfy beds, nice appliances (old dishwasher--but worked fine!), plenty of dishes, etc. Vacation Rental staff was very thorough with details which i appreciated and were very responsive!Cons: Roku TV remote upstairs was tricky to use. had to really point it specifically. second con: not all the Hot Tub Jets worked, and there isn't a clean path to the hot tub deck. you have to walk through the grass or dirt so plenty of cleaning/drying and wiping feet to keep the tub clean was necessary.

Short Family getaway

This place is great! My dog was happy, my husband got to grill and go fishing, my kids rarely bugged ME for entertainment which is the best ever! Lol There was enough for them to do to stay occupied.

Longbeach Christmas

Although we were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the property, the house itself was wonderful! The game room was awesome, the kitchen well stocked, the bedrooms large and comfortable and the TV's super easy to use. The fenced backyard was huge and great for our dogs. They even decorated the house with Christmas decor. All in all it was a wonderful family trip and we thank Bloomer Estates for everything they promised.

Family Celebration of life

Lots of room for family. Outside of toys and games kept everyone busy. House was supplied with everything, all you had to do is bring your food and you were set. Highly recommend the property.

Great house for all weather!

A group of us had a blast over a rainy April weekend! The common space upstairs was large enough to accommodate all seven of us comfortably, and the dining table allowed for dining and cards to happen simultaneously. The kitchen is well provisioned for cooking - they have pretty much everything you would need, and there is ample counter space for food prep. Due to the weather, we only looked at the outdoor amenities, but there is a large play structure and a massive sand volleyball court. We took great advantage of the game room (pool, ping pong, arcade games, pop-a-shot). It was all adults on this trip, but they also had a ton of children's toys and family games. This is a fantastic place for a group of adults or for families.

Our young family loved this house!

We are back home with beautiful memories of our stay in Seaview over the week of the 4th of July! The house was perfect for our family of four (plus pets). Our 7-year-old daughter preferred this listing over every other because of the play structure. And it didn’t disappoint :) She and her 2-year-old sister were out there every morning and we had to drag them away to get everyone to the beach for kite flying, e-bike riding, pony trekking, and go-karts. This area has so much fun for everyone! The house itself is very spacious. We ended up living upstairs which worked perfectly. We also spent plenty of time in the downstairs playroom (where there are so many fun activities for all ages and a very convenient crate for our little dog) but could easily have had another young family or couple stay with us in the downstairs rooms. We loved that there was so much outdoor space for everyone and a hot tub when the weather cooled down. We enjoyed Sid’s supermarket and that it was only a few minutes walk past the cute cottages. We had a great time making pancakes in the kitchen in the morning and then trying the local restaurants for our other meals. We ordered out from Lost Roo and Loose Kaboose more than once. We didn’t go to the beach for the 4th of July but the booms and glimpsed fireworks from the deck made it sound like quite an event! We would love to go back to Seaview, thank you for having us all at your home!!

Amazing place

This place was perfect for us. It had a converted garage where the kids hung out all the time playing games. We all broight our bikes and rode on the bike path all the way to the lighthouse. Its close to restaursnts and many fun things to do. Definitely will stay here again!!
