Well equipped beautiful backyard and near the beach. Relax with the whole family at this beautifully place. Sleeps 8 adults. 4 bedrooms, 5 beds and one extra queen mattress , 2 full baths. The house has all the modern amenities that everyone loves to see in a vacation rental. With plenty of space and a big backyard with Gazebo and bar area with tv and refrigerator to spend time with friends and family while having BBQ. Its located 800 ft the closest Dunking donuts and many others stores and 1 mile to the closest beach Seven presidents ocean front beach. About 1.5 miles to Pier Village. FIRST FLOOR: Large kitchen with full range appliances, bar area, breakfast nook, and coffee station ( both keurig & classic coffee pot) Some pods provide Kitchen w/ sitting, dishwasher,, refrigerator, stove, oven, toast,all the type of cooking equipment. Dining room with a large table and enough seats for everyone. Living room with couch and a 75” smart TV. Full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom with queen bed. Landry room. SECOND FLOOR Master bedroom with a KING size bed. Bedroom with 2 twin beds. Bedroom with queen bed. Full bathroom with tub and with 2 doors. One door leads to the king bedroom and the other door to the hallway. OUTSIDE Beautiful balcony with seating area to enjoy a BBQ with family and friends. GENERAL Free WiFi, central air conditioning & heating , washer , dryer, iron/board , linens/ towels, hair dryers, hangers, trash bag, paper towels, toilet paper, books, beach chairs, beach towels. 2 Exterior cameras, one at the front door and other one on top garage door. Beach badges NOT provided . PARKING: Driveway (2cars) additional street parking in front of the house.- No unregistered people.\*\*Only guests included on the reservation are to be on the premises and using the door code. Please register all occupants & respect the total occupancy count (babies included in count.) Seek host approval for any visitors. \-No smoking 🚭 $500 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home \- Pet friendly w/ 100 fee per each . Maximum 2 but ( Dogs only) we don’t allowed pets sleeping in the beds or couch.
