The beach gear that was available to borrow was also a really nice perk! While Minns cottages is walking distance to George town, we did end up renting a car as the main road was a little busier than expected but also so we could see more of the island. Location was great as a grocery store was right there, and pretty central on the island to get to all the beaches. Right on the water with a small sand beach area to yourself. Two kayaks were a nice surprise that we used on several locations. The owner did have a small rental car that met are needs, but be prepared for rough roads to the house and in other areas of the island.
