“We rented this cabin for a quick Thanksgiving get away and were glad we did. Its a nice little cabin-clean, well kept, fully stocked, and perfect for our needs. The northern Wisconsin weather had started to turn to full on winter this weekend, so it was nice to have a cozy place to stay. The only knock I can give is, a fire in the fire place would have topped the snowy weekend off perfectly, however, it was broken and we could not use it. Otherwise it would have been very Hallmark movie-ish. Not……

“The house was exactly as explained. It was very well stocked with everything. Welcoming smores, chips, and snacks. The property was very well maintained. Beautiful secluded lake with a wonderful view. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning.”

“Very welcoming people and the pictures don’t do justice for this nice quiet and very comfortable cabin. I really can’t say enough other than what everyone else says as well. We were in town for a weekend event and coming back to this place was so nice. Thanks Bill and Cheryl for sharing your beautiful cabin with our family! ”

“We had a wonderful stay. The lake was beautiful, the cabin was stocked with all the necessities. Fishing was great right off the pier. Sunsets were awsome. Had campfires down by the lake. We also enjoyed exploreing the area. Bond falls was exceptional . ”

“Very good setup for a large family with plenty of room for our three sons and our grandkids. Bunk room was a hit with the 8 year olds. Very nice setup on the deck with three tables. We ate all our dinners out there. Steps to the lake were not steep. We really liked having two picnic tables at the lake for eating snacks and lunch. The kayaks and paddle board were constantly in use. ”

“Everything you could need and then some. Great fenced yard for the dog to investigate, amazing kitchen, comfy beds. Attended Cranberry Fest 2 blocks away so no dealing with the insane traffic from 9-3 on Saturday. Host easily contacted and responded promptly to questions. Unusually warm weather for October but worked great for kayaking and relaxing outside. Hope to return in the future. Thank you Eric”

“The Timber Ridge Farm is a cozy place and great to stay if you are out in Iron River. Very well kept and affordable. The hosts are very welcoming and we very much enjoyed our stay!”

“Our stay was very enjoyable. The location was great with a park directly across the street with pickle balls courts. It was an easy walk to downtown and having a Quik Trip directly across the road was very convenient. The house did not have central air but they had plenty of fans on the main floor and there were window AC units in two of the bedrooms upstairs so sleeping was comfortable. ”

“Everything we could possibly need. Lots of personal touches: juice, water in fridge , homemade bread, lots clean towels, blankets, pillows, coffee, tea, firewood, and champagne on ice with glasses and balloon for our anniversary. ”
