I thought that this would be a unique glamping experience. However, we were greeted by no one, found our camper amount a small group of other campers and tents. Very open area with little privacy. In the camper there few amenities with No coffee maker, fan, mini fridge or really any amenity to create a glamping experience. They should call it what it is… A clean camper in a very quiet campground near a beautiful lake. We did not see or meet any staff. I was impressed by the bathroom/shower trailer. The lasting impression however, was that we spent way too much money for what it was. We left a day early. (Price: over $200/night). And they wanted us to clean the camper, take off the bedding and bag before we left. It just was so underwhelming.
This is such a cute place. Especially if you want to go camping but you are old. And don’t want to buy all the stuff. We stayed in the pathfinder and it was plenty roomy. The store was thoughtful and the tree cover did provide a lot of shade and protection from rain. I’d stay here again in a minute. It was lovely.
Really enjoyed my stay. While the check-in was a bit different than expected, the owners are super friendly and helpful and got my Dachshund and me squared away in a lovely room with a great view.
