“The room was really nice and just as described. We had a nice view out of our windows. The lighting in the room was really nice. The shower door was a bit janky but held up alright. “洒店的問題是那條又窄又長又高的樓梯，我們要拿住兩個25kg的行李箱爬上和下來4樓;第二，是房間內沒有空調，而且窗口基本上不能打開，夏天时室將超過30度，建議加上電風扇；第三，房間內沒有洗衣機，而附件也沒有洗衣店，建議在公共地方加上這項設備，會方便很多！ 其他的就不錯，地方清潔，交通方便，附近有歺厅和超市，房間也很大，但我想我下次不會再來這間酒店了。”

“很糟糕的體驗，打掃清潔並不確實，不到非常髒但就是不乾淨。第二天晚上房子沒有任何熱水，在很冷的阿姆斯特丹是非常痛苦的體驗，在WhatsApp上反應後，對方表示無法立刻協助要等到明天，我們必須自行在廚房燒熱水放到浴缸裡面洗澡，非常克難。然後千萬不要使用洗碗機，裡面有洞水會漫出來⋯ 有天回家發現大樓門口有一組客人，他們顯然並不知道需要先線上繳城市稅（我也是入住當天詢問已完成線上CheckIn但為什麼還沒給密碼鎖，對方才給我連結）提醒要來的旅客要時刻注意自己的信箱。”

"The house keeping is terrible! I think they don’t really follow room check out status to perform cleaning. The staff just open my door at 06:30am for house keeping. I feel unsafe and strange. Even I already be their gold member I still need to wait over 20 mins to checkout at 10:30am, definitely not because of busy traffic, but only one counter is open, the great thing with this hotel is the location and parking offer. However it definitely strange to have someone break into my room at 06:30am and knock my door again at 10:00am which official check out time said to be 12:00pm"
