The accommodation has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and WC, and an open living area with a sofa bed, kitchenette, and dining area. Two covered balconies allow meals outdoors or relaxed hours in the fresh air. Air conditioning, WiFi, and a separate entrance provide additional comfort. A baby bed is available upon request, pets are not allowed. The holiday complex offers a well-maintained garden with a lawn, sun loungers, parasols and a garden terrace. For children, there is a playground with a slide, trampoline, sandpit, swing and seesaw. Barbecue facilities and a summer kitchen are available to all guests. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. The location is convincing due to its proximity to the sandy beach, which is only about 150 m away. Restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk, and the town centre is 150 m away. The surroundings offer numerous leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, cycling and hiking tours, or mini golf.
