The lovingly furnished accommodation on the ground floor of a well-maintained house offers space for up to four people on two levels and is perfect for couples, families or friends looking for peace and proximity to the sea. The apartment features a cosy bedroom with a double bed and additional bed, a modern bathroom and a bright living kitchen with a sofa bed, dining table and SAT-TV. An air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures on warm summer days. From the living room, you can directly access the private, covered terrace with partial sea view, seating area and private grill – ideal for relaxed evenings outdoors. Another balcony is connected to the bedroom and also offers a view of the green surroundings and the sea. Only about 350 metres separate you from the next fine sandy beach, which slopes gently into the sea and is particularly suitable for families with children. The famous Paradise Beach of Lopar with its numerous leisure activities - from pedal boating to beach volleyball to kayak or boat rental - is also quickly accessible. Within walking distance, you will find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, a bakery and everything you need for daily requirements. The house is located in a quiet residential area in the northern part of Lopar, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.
