The holiday home is embedded in a spacious property and offers 4 beautiful apartments for 4-9 persons. The property is located in a quiet residential area in the middle of the popular holiday and beach resort Lopar on the sunny Kvarner island Rab.

There are 3 2-bedroom apartments and a large 3-bedroom apartment spread over 2 floors. All apartments are air-conditioned and offer satellite TV, free WiFi internet and a balcony or terrace, some with sea views. Pets can be brought by prior arrangement.

A free parking lot for the guests' cars is available directly at the house. The guests of the house will appreciate the outdoor area with the spacious garden with sun loungers, many benches and dining tables, children's playground and many shady places with security.
There is also the possibility to grill.

The friendly landlords live in the same house and are available during your stay for questions, tips, etc. available.

The center of Lopar is about 200m away. Likewise, all interesting tourist facilities such as banks, restaurants, leisure facilities and of course the famous 1.5 km long and up to 50m wide, slightly curved paradise beach (sandy beach).
