Our house is located in Santa Clarita valley, among the best place to live in California. It is right next door to Magic Mountain - only 8 minute driving. It was designed beautifully for family or friends. It has a pool and spa and amazing backyard with a many seating area for entertaining. A perfect place to get away from all the hustle and bustle of LA Santa Clarita is very walk-able with multiple hiking trails. It also has Valencia town center with plenty of options for shopping and dining

Your fabulous vacation house has two floors. It has two car garage and driveway for parking up to 4 cars. Upon enter, you will be greeted by high ceiling living space with an air hockey table and dining table for 6 people. To your right is the kitchen with all basic cooking and dinning options. The kitchen also has a breakfast table. To the right of the kitchen you will find cozy living room with a 65 inches Roku TV. First floor also has a half bathroom.

All bedrooms are on the second floor.
Bedroom #1: master bedroom with connected bathroom with a King bed.
Bedroom #2: a queen bed.
Bedroom #3: 2 full beds.
And a Den/Office with a day bed (twin and a pull out twin). It also has a hallway bathroom.

Your home also has a beautiful connect outdoor patio on second floor for seating out.

At the backyard, you will find multiple seating areas from outdoor dining table with 8 chair to a lounge area, then lounge swimming chairs. You can also use the swimming pool for hot summer day and spa for cold day. There is a built in out door grill for your BBQ. It even has a built in basketball hoop on the right side of the back yard.

- Please advised that our pool has some wear and tear at the bottom, we do twice a week pool service, however you will see some leaves as we have a lot of willow trees next to the pool and their leaves keep falling down every hour

- Please remember this is a home and not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with care. If any problem arises, we will do our best to take action ASAP

- Please help us not to take basketball and air hockey pucks.

-There is a fee to heat up the pool/Jacuzzi. Please message me prior booking.

- Early Check-in fee: $35 per hour
