The staff is very friendly and helpful. We traveled with two other couples. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Our room (201) needed serious updating and fixing. The toilet ran all the time and could not be stopped. We barely had enough hot water for one quick shower let alone two. The couch was horrible there was no cushion you had to have help getting out of it. The balcony was nice but no furniture out there so it did no good. The hotel said they had laundry facilities (which is why we choose it - they did not). Our friend's rooms did not have these issues and one even had a washer in it so we all used that one. The bed was comfortable.

The staff was really friendly.

Clean and big rooms. Plenty of groceries and cafes around. About 20 min walk to Costanera center. Lovely breakfast. Fast internet.

Peoplenof breakfast very professional and gentle, mainly a young guy a black guy from Colombia that deserves to be promoted.

They told me that I would get a bottle of prosecco with my stay which I didn’t get (there wasn’t in the room where they said it would be. Also because I didn’t have the paper with my entry to the county they wanted to charge me 19% additional taxes. That is not disclosed anywhere.
