Friendly staff that were all fluent in English. Comfortable bed with lots of fluffy pillows. The rooftop pool is a nice touch and I enjoyed the spa, which is included in your stay.

Goods and bads. Start- they charged me a fife teen hundrd deposit yes a fife teen hundrd deposit when we checked in. I'm from California and never heard of such a high amount for a hotel anywhere in the world of forty five countries not including vrbo luxury. Doesn't state the amount online fyi. Asked about 4 other couples and they only paid two hindred and fity a room deposit odd right?. We paid fife tn hundrd per room. Than they tried to switch us to a cheap room and argue with us about it. We had proof from Expedia and they changed us. Had AC issues all week. Not a great buffet with stale bread towards the end of week but good eggs and free with room. Good- staff was nice- place was nice- hotel was nice. security was good. location is great.

Lovely stay in this BnB style hotel. The food was the best part! Excellent chef that makes a special meal nightly considering all dietary restrictions. Location close enough to Portillo Ski resort to drive for daily skiing. Highly recommend.
