Some of the towels had some stains on them. The bed was nice, comfortable, and seemed clean. TV and WiFi were great. I liked that there were dimmer lights on each sides of the bed. You can definitely hear a lot of the traffic outside but I didn’t mind it. My husband was irritated that I picked it since it was a little off our path, but I read the reviews and the place lived up to them. The toilet seat was wonky, ergo the 4 stars on property, but I'm sure it will get fixed immediately. There were homeless people staying there making noises even after midnight. There were no tables / chairs. No tissue paper. It was an empty shell with noises. The room was super clean, but I felt like it needed some stuff: garbage cans outside of restroom maybe by vanity and microwave. It also lacked blow dryer. The service was kinda funky you have to ring a doorbell and wait until someone comes out to help you check in and out.
