Clean rooms, beautiful and well kept property. Bistro food was decent, La Pampa restaurant was great. Staff was very friendly but not always around. Super peaceful setting with gorgeous views. Lighting in the room was harsh, low, and weird but didn’t visit to hang out in the room. Would definitely return and would recommend.

Lovely resort. We had a very spacious room so enjoyable to be in when relaxing. Great view over the lake. Pool was nice and very clean. We arrived really late at night as our flight was pushed back 6 hours. We didn’t get there till about 12:30. We communicated with them through WhatsApp and they sent us directions on how to get in. How to find our room. And a number to call if we had problems. Which we did as Expedia’s directions took us 12 minutes away from room and in El Salvador it seems to be really hard to find accurate addresses to map. We messaged and the person dropped a pin for us and we found it perfectly. So the staff were great. One downside, we didn’t have hot water. That’s somewhat the norm in Central America but we really have a hard time showering in cold water.
