The area (neighborhood) was quaint and convenient for walking to the plaza within minutes. It was also quiet being off on a side road away from the main streets. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was large but was missing a few essential items such as kleenex and we had to ask room service for additional body towels, only 1 towel was provided. We were a late check in at 8pm and had no idea where check in was. The check in small table and chair was located in the lounge room where a performance was going on. It was very confusing when finally I asked one of the staff how to check in. She was very helpful and showed me. Other guests arriving late were in the same predicament. There wasn't a designated check in area at the front of the property. And parking was miserable, very tight and difficult to find where to drive into in the dark from the street. Breakfast was EXCELLENT! Kudos to chef. Overall, it was a nice hotel but very unorganized.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. Our room was spacious with a fireplace. The bar and restaurant were excellent. It is downtown so you can walk to all the attractions in Sante Fe. Highly recommend.

​My recent birthday girls' weekend stay at the Inn and Loretto was great! I highly recommend this hotel. ​One of the best features was the hotel pool—it’s honestly one of the best I have ever experienced. They recently renovated, and now you can swim in a heated pool and soak in a hot tub even in freezing temperatures. ​The room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. However, the room decor felt a little outdated. We did encounter a minor issue with the tub drain on the first day, but the staff was exceptionally responsive and quick, resolving it immediately. Their prompt service was much appreciated. ​The hotel offers a nice complimentary coffee bar each morning. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurants. Luminaria was lovely for brunch. We had a bite and drinks at the living room restaurant on my birthday evening which was okay. We experienced a very long wait for our food, but the staff did apologize for the delay. ​Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return, especially for that amazing pool..
