Hotel was in terrible condition, looked nothing like the photos. When I tried to cancle my reservation the guy at the front desk hung up on me. The owner still has not responded to my requests for a refund.

The security bar on my door fell off when I entered my room for the first time. The air in the room reeked of cigarette stale odor. the refrigerator was broken, there were stains all over the ceiling. I wouldn't wash animals in the bathub it was so dirty. And mostly, the smoke detector was ripped off the wall and missing!!! I believe this is illegal. it was too late to get to another hotel but I did check out the next morning. I was scheduled to stay for 4 nights but this I believe was the worst conditions I have ever experienced at any hotel and I am 68 years old. I have photos of all these issues if anyone cares to see them

Property was dirty and outdated. Elevator stopped working but when it was working, urine was inside. Not even a phone in the room. AC smelled moldy/mildewy. Mold spores in bathroom vent. Advertised a business center, no business center. Base of the bed was falling apart. The place was probably one of those motels that people live in. Either way 1/10, do not recommend. They surprisingly had an A rating posted at the door of the lobby. Lies.

Nasty, found bugs, didn’t have water for over 8 hours one day. Pictures on website looks nothing like hotel. Everything was old. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Didn’t feel safe and definitely wasn’t comfortable. Do not recommend hotel for anyone

Pool was green. Hotel is a bit run down. Some rooms are better than others. Breakfast was OK, but probably the worst that I've been too. Our room was clean. Staff was nice. The pictures on Expedia make it look better than it is.

My stay was acceptable - it was decent price point for what I expected. I wasn't wowed nor completely disappointed. It seemed busy with families and bigger parties. But I was only there one day. The area is highly trafficked and has good points - eating options - and bad points - lots of traffic and a growing amount of homeliness down by the underpass. It is a sign of the times.... 3.9 out of 5. But that's more a feel (its been a few weeks). Everything worked in the room from my memory.

Not a clean place to stay. When I arrived to check in I was left outside for 20mins trying to get the clerks attention who was on the phone not paying attention. Towels/Cloths had something on them. Funny smell in the hallway. I checked out after 20mins of being in my room.

It was very trashy inside and out. Food and alcohol bottles. The breakfast bar was terrible. No fresh food. Very dirty as if the didn't have an attendant. If I'm correct the front desk lady was doing it. There were cigarettes that were PUt out on the steps from people in hallways. It stayed there the whole time. I didn't see housekeeping at all. The certainly didn't knock on my door to see if I needed anything. No cups, ice buckets, TOILET PAPER,

False advertisement looks nothing like the pictures...I wish I would've seen the property before they took my payment...it smells bad in the hallways and even worst in the room...was giving a room that hadn't been dust in I don't know how long..I'm glad I brought my Lysol spray and wipes.. I even put up a car air freshener in the room to try and get the terrible smell out..I stayed one night for $116 which was not worth it at all..and the pool was green enough said
