#### Deficiências

Apartamento com várias deficiências, maçanetas soltas, torneira da banheira solta da parede, portão do terraço com uma dobradiça partida ( 1/2), janela com tranca de segurança estragada, o que permitia que qualquer pessoa pudesse entrar do lado de fora ( falta de segurança ). Caso seja necessário posso juntar fotos. Julgo que é de lamentar a publicação destes imóveis.

Localização muito boa. Fácil estacionamento. Local sossegado. Serviço de limpeza e troca de toalhas a meio da estadia. Estado do alojamento pouco cuidada. Principalmente WC. Equipamentos na cozinha à disposição no alojamento muito pobre. Falta de maquina de lava louça não é justificável nos dias de hoje. Piscina pouco cuidada.

#### Férias muito boas

O apartamento é bem localizado, zona sossegada, condomínio fechado, piscina muito agradável. Apartamento muito simples mas funcional. Óptimo serviço de TV e internet. Algumas melhorias na cozinha seriam uma mais valia. Colaboradoras da Qtur muito simpáticas e disponíveis. Penso voltar. A cozinha necessita de melhorias: os móveis têm alguns danos, o frigorífico não tem luz e as borrachas vedantes estão danificadas. Tem poucos utensílios para cozinhar (apenas 1 panela média, 1 tacho médio, 1 muito pequeno e 2 frigideiras pequenas com o antiaderente bastante danificado). Faltam canecas e taças para pequeno-almoço. Tem placa vitrocerâmica mas não tem forno.
