“2 of us booked 2 rooms, and request double bed. But finally gave us one double bed room and one twins room, I have a question here, if we wanted twins room for us, why we needs to pay for one more room? they said they did not see any request . That's another question here, I understand sometimes Hotel can't reach all you request, but how if they totally not care??? no any notice? I booked though hotels.com more than 100 times, I believe their system works. ”

“The kitchen staff, janitor and security staff were brilliant - responsive, supportive, patient and very helpful. However, the reception staff were an opposite - unwilling to help us book our 2 rooms next to each other even though we had 2 kids under 5 and so we had to make do with walking across the cold corridor at night to see to their needs.
The amenities in the room were not so great - furniture in the rooms looked old, paint and door hinges coming off in certain areas, remote control……

“酒店距CTM巴士站約5分鐘車程，附近食店很少。不要被酒店的外表騙到，客房陳設老舊，隔音差，浴室有黃跡和臭味。櫃檯前一位“阿叔”態度惡劣，真的要反影一下。事緣那天我們黃昏到達，完成沙漠之旅，禮貌上都要和導遊說聲再見，但他已經不耐煩，在入住表簽名位置，用筆大力“點”一下，完全沒說話，像命令我們一樣。當時我們很累就不跟他計較。後來洗滌後需要風筒(這是今次旅遊唯一一間沒風筒的旅館)，我的丈夫便到櫃檯借，剛好又是他。他隨即回覆已全部借出，明天來取。這時我丈夫憤怒地用英語問他:我現在洗髮，你叫我明天來取？這麼大的一間酒店一個風筒也沒有？你這是什麼工作態度？他當場呆了，抄下房號並說稍後送來。前後不到10分鐘風筒送來了。我們在這裡住了兩晚，那夜之後直到我們離開，都再不見他。”

“Très joli Riad et très propre, le personnel est très sympathique.
Notre chambre donnait sur la rue et il a été très compliqué d’arriver à dormir avec le bruit des voitures car les fenêtres ne sont pas isolées, cela a entaché notre séjour et c’est dommage car sinon tout le reste était parfait.”
