“The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of……

“Superb stay for a pilgrimage. The room, bedding and the bathroom is very clean, but don‘t expect the size and the tidiness of newer buildings.”

“雖然離主要景點都很近，但是以飯店的價格（套房35平方公尺，近300歐元），還是會覺得沒有這麼有價值。房間乾淨。早餐的環境不是很理想，選項也不多，飯店的員工雖然人很親切，但是感覺沒有經過太多訓練，每個人都不太知道在幹嘛。”

“The only good things I can say about the room is that it was clean and the location was good. We could not shower because the bathroom was tiny. We couldn't fit. We could hardly fit to use the toilet. The towels were tiny and thin. The twin beds were low and uncomfortable. The breakfast was just as spartan as the room. The hotel rates were low, but the condition of the room was lower. This hotel made our experience in Lourdes awful. ”
